Camille Naputo was born in San Diego, California and raised in; Tacoma, Washington, Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Honolulu, Hawai’i.  She is a Filipina-American who comes from a Military family and is a first-generation student pursuing higher education. Camille never had a chance to visit WSU, but that did not stop her from falling in love with Washington State the moment she stepped foot on campus. Camille, from the start of her freshman year, has been dedicated to serving the university and students through various organizations and communities. She has served as an ASWSU Uncertified Senator, APAW Vice-President, Multicultural Student Services Office Assistant for the Smart Start Center and Public Relations Chair for The Lovely Sisterhood of Chi Delta Sigma Sorority, Inc. She has also been the Hui Hau Oli ‘O Hawai’i Club Lū'au Co-Director and a SHAPING Team Leader on top of continuously serving the university and students of WSU through various organizations. Camille has been a strong leader within our wider community and constantly commits herself to volunteer opportunities throughout campus for the betterment of all. Now, let’s make WSU better for all Cougs.

Camille enjoys singing in her free time. She has been musically inclined for a very long time; from piano, voice, hula, Tahitian and choir - music is one way she enjoys to express herself. Camille can spark up a conversation where ever she goes; whether it be in the elevator, in line for coffee or on the fourth floor of the CUB, she is an open-book who actively listens.
